Abstract(in English) Subgridding technique for electromagnetic field analysis often suffers from the unphysical wave reflection because of the non-conformal connection between main grid and subgrid. In this paper, the subgrid connection for space-time finite integration technique (FIT) is optimized based on the propagation condition of plane-wave. The optimized subgrid connection reduces unphysical wave reflection effectively.
