Abstract(in English) | Development of photonic integrated circuits which are densely filled with photonic elements in substitution for electric elements and use only optical signals is expected to perform high speed and high efficiency data processing. However, it is difficult to control optical signals because of weak interaction between light and materials. To fabricate the photonic integrated circuit as stated above, it is necessary that devices confine optical fields at a minute region for a long time and control light emission. In this study, the spatial and temporal lasing performance of cylindrical optical resonator doped with optical gain inclusions are demonstrated numerically, and then we examine the field enhancement for changing the pumping rate. |
