| 抄録(和) | 簡易的な脳機能イメージングを実現するため，電極数の削減を検討した．可視化する脳の部位を限定し，その部位での信号源の出現位置に依らずに精度よく推定できる電極配置を目指した．本研究では，右手親指の運動野で観測される運動関連脳電位に注目した．ばらつきを考慮した範囲に信号源を配置し，電極数削減による推定精度への影響を調べた．計算機によるシミュレーションの結果，雑音量や信号源の深さによってそれぞれに最適な電極数が存在することを確認した．また信号が広く分布すると，より多くの電極が必要になった． |
| 抄録(英) | We aimed to visualize brain electrical activities with small number of electrodes. To accomplish this aim, we limited a brain region of interest by considering the variations of signal sources. An electrode arrangement which could exactly estimate brain activities was investigated. In the present study, we paid attention to movement-related potential for a right thumb elicited in the motor cortex. In the simulation, signal sources were arranged in region of interest, and investigated influences to the estimation accuracy by reducing the number of electrodes. The simulation results suggested that optimal number maximizing the correlation coefficient was obtained by considering the amount of noise and source depth. When the dipole signal sources distributed widely, more electrodes were necessary for cortical imaging. |
