Abstract(in English) When the cylindrical cavity resonator is used for the perturbation method, loading dielectrics such as the deionized water makes the resonant frequency shift to the low side by the wavelength abridgment. On the other hand, loading electrolyte sometimes makes the resonant frequency shift to the high side. Similar phenomenon is observed in the loading with a carbon fiber. In this report, we clarify why the resonant frequency shifts to the high side at the 2.45 GHz band.
