Abstract(in English) | A perturbation method using the TM0m0 mode cavity resonator is well known as a simple complex permittivity measurement method for a dielectric rod in microwave band. However, the measurement formula is based on the perturbation theory, and the error becomes prominent by the resonator size becomes small. Therefore, the big error arises, applying this method for millimeter wave region. In this report, the error correction using the electromagnetic field simulator is employed. Furthermore, the complex permittivity measurements of a dielectric rod are performed using the fabricated two cavities to confirm the validity of the error correction. |
