[Invited Lecture] Radar Cross Section Reduction by using Radar Absorbent Material

Abstract(in English) There are two Radar Cross Section (RCS) reduction methods by shape and by quality of the material. This study is investigated for the material method by using Radar Absorbent Material (RAM). As a result, the bandwidth absorbing radio wave comes to be broadband by increasing the layer of RAM. Moreover, RCS reduction also increases at the oblique incidentangle by changing the thickness of RAM. RCS is reduced significantly by optimizing complex dielectric constant and thickness of RAM for receiving frequency.
