ICN Link-state Routing for Disrupted Networks in a Disaster Area

Abstract(in English) Social networking service (SNS) is very effective for safetyconfirmations in disaster situations. To use daily-used applicationslike SNS even in disaster situations, it is necessary that theseapplications work even in disrupted networks which is interconnected byDelay-tolerant networking (DTN). For this aim, applications should beable to predict a transmission delay to get each content based on therouting information and adapt their behaviors to normal situation ordisaster situation based on this delay. This paper proposes a link staterouting protocol that uses transmission delay as a routing metric as anextension of existing NLSR.
