Abstract(in English) This Report constructs the hypothesis from Investigation and Development of a Worker Failure Rate to Dangerous Failure Rate about the reliability engineering of in safety related system IEC 61508. This hypothesis defines the safety line which integrated the Dangerous blunder rate of and the Dangerous failure rate. And this target is based on the emergency stop system of the complimentary protective measure shown by protective measure Step2 of ISO 12100. This result is inspecting be able to consider the protective measure aiming at realistic Occupational Safety and Health from Quantification of a Worker level and the Performance level of a system.
