Abstract(in English) To evaluate auditory impressions induced by HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) sound using neurophysiological indices, a prediction model which estimates auditory impressions from brain activity was constructed. First, the time-frequency representation of the magnetoencephalographic (MEG) data was calculated. Second, the low-dimensional features were extracted from the time-frequency feature using non-negative tensor factorization (NTD). The regression model which predicts the scale values of auditory impressions from the feature vectors were learned, and its performance was evaluated.
