Abstract(in English) For improving the search performance of basic particle swarm optimizers in dynamic environments, in this paper, we propose three methods of particle swarm optimizer with sensors(PSOS), particle swarm optimizer with inertia weight(PSOIWS), and canonical particle swarm optimizer with sensors(CPSOS), respectively. The key idea, here, is to obtain the varying solutions by the search information of particle swarm optimizer and the sensing information of sensors. According to this, the proposal leads to the improvement of search and tracking ability to the varying solutions, it is possible to solve the dynamic optimization problem efficiently. Duo to examine the tracking performance and features of different particle swarm optimizers with sensors, changing the configuration paraments (number, sensing distance) of the sensors for confirming the performance change of them. Based on the experimental results obtained, significant search and tracking capabilities of the proposed methods. i.e. PSOIWS and CPSOS, are shown.
