Abstract(in English) We developed horn coupled Microwave Kinetic Inductance Detectors(MKIDs) as a millimeter wave detector for observation of polarization of the Cosmic Microwave Background(CMB). The detectors are required to cover the large area and have large number of pixels. In this presentation, we will show a status of development of large-array horn coupled MKIDs.
