Abstract(in English) Multi-zone sound field reproduction can present spatial sound to multiple users. Conventional methods attempts to control each listening zone independently. This leads to inter-zone interference and quality degradation when zones are close to each other. A shared-field multi-zone reproduction method has been proposed to overcome this problem. Its formulation, however, assumes the target field to be a plane wave. Therefore, it cannot reproduce distance-related effects. In this research, our former proposal is extended to sound field with spherical waves by point sources. Computer simulations show that the new proposal can re-create a point source field at two zones.
