Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have been developing superconducting millimeter-wave cameras for astronomy. Our camera consists of a superconducting detectors, and dual-double-slot antennas. We use a coplanar waveguide to connect the antenna and the detector. To suppress the odd-mode that is unnecessary transmission mode of the line, it requires air-bridge structure. To reduce the transmission loss, we use niobium for the air-bridge because gap frequency of the niobium is higher than the observing frequency. In this paper, we report on the process of the airbridges and the measurements of the transmission characteristics.
