Abstract(in English) Utilizing small animal magnetocardiogram (MCG), we have developed a diagnostic method to detect the development of pulmonary hypertension (PH) in the rat heart. We obtained multiple MCGs of rats with monocrotaline-induced PH and monitored the development of pathophysiological conditions. Current dipole estimation and Gaussian Mixture model were then applied to determine the association between abnormal propagation of the cardiac excited wave front and disease states. This method enabled us to find potential sine of PH in all MCT rats (n=4) earlier than other conventional examinations.
