Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The adaptive movable access point (AMAP) system is effective in enhancing the system capacity in dense wireless device environments. In this approach, the positions of access points (APs) are adaptively moved in accordance with clustered user distribution, which makes it possible to mitigate the inter-cell interference. In this report, considering that the estimation of user's position is essential to perform AMAP, we measure receive signal strength indicator (RSSI) or time of arrival (ToA) in our experimental campaign and provide the SINR performance of AMAP and traditional fixed position of AP based on these measurement results, which enables use to verify the effectiveness in the presence of the positioning error.
