Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Electronic injection to a KTN crystal enables a deflector with a large deflection angle that is about 100m radians. It is expected that the KTN deflector has high-speed operation that is several hundred MHz deflection that mechanical one can’t operate. We have developed a light source for a swept source optical coherence tomography (SS-OCT) system centered at 1.3 µm. Time stabilization is one of important performance indicator of the OCT system. We reported that long time stabilization of the light source operation was realized by applying DC bias to the KTN crystal. In this paper, we describe that the light source operation can be more stabilized by applying appropriate DC voltages before the light source operating. Experimental results also confirm the improvement.
