| Abstract(in English) | The recent demand of the ICT capacity is increasing with drastic rate, and therefore the development of high-speed transceivers with small form factor and low power consumption becomes very important and critical issue. The forum standardization bodies such as IEEE802.3 and OIF, propose the common specifications with de-fact manner, which plays important roles from the view point of the transceiver inter-operation and the development cost reduction. This paper introduces the latest standardization activities and picks up the future expectations for the high bandwidth optical devices. |
