Abstract(in English) A high-density multi-rate VCSEL transceiver with CDRs was developed. A dual-loop hybrid CDR is developed including a phase interpolator (PI) loop for phase-tracking and a common VCO-loop for frequency acquisition as a multi-rate multi-channel CDR. We succeed in suppressing the jitter of optical link by developing CDR for the receiver, and realized a 24 to 34-Gb/s x4 interconnect with retime function.
