Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The bidirectional broadcast channel:(BBC), one of the many-to-many communication channels, has a bidirectional relaying node, which improves the performance of wireless communication. Recently, Ari kan proposed the polar code which can achieve the channel capacity asymptotically for the discrete memoryless channel with low encoding/decoding complexity. Polar coding for BBC had been discussed only for the binary symmetric case in conventional studies. We propose a construction method for polar codes for the BBC with non-binary output alphabets. We show that the proposed polar codes achieve a symmetric capacity region for the BBC with common and confidential messages.
