Performance Evaluation of Filter-and-Forward Beamforming with Self-Interference Suppression

Abstract(in English) This article proposes two filter designs to suppress both self-interference (SI) and intersymbol interference in single carrier transmission based full-duplex filter-and-forward relay networks.The first design maximizes the received SINR in which SI is taken into account as interference; the second design also maximizes the received SINR under SI nulling condition. The proposed methods uses multiple relays to achieve diversity gain. Simulations are conducted to evaluate the proposed methods when the full and the partial channel state information (CSI) of relay-to-destination channels are available, respectively.
