Abstract(in English) | Authors have been proposed CSK systems usingthe extended pseudo-orthogonal M-sequence (EPOM) orthe pseudo-orthogonal extended prime code set (POEPC). CSK is one of modulation schemes using optical pseudonoise (PN) code. In particular, optical PN code with much number of the availableorthogonal codes is suitable for CSK. EPOM can generate more number of its codes than POEPC. In this paper, visible-light communication systems using white light-emitting diode (LED) are considered. In particular, optical space CSK systems using functional optical PN codes are investigated in line-of-sight (LOS) link. Moreover, the bit error rate (BER) performance of the CSK systems isevaluated by theoretical analysis. The BERs taking into account the influence of the power of the ambient light is also evaluated. From the result of the theoretical analysis, it was found that CSK using EPOM is superior to CSK using POEPC. |
