Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We demonstrate multiplex transmission of visible light communication using RGB multi-color light emitting diodes (LEDs). The RGB multi-color LED light contains red, green, and blue chips, and is able to change color and easily realize multiplex communication. We used the direct-sequence spread spectrum (DSSS) modulation, which has high noise tolerance and flicker mitigation. The DSSS modulation also has multiplexing access capability. We examined the relationship between the light source color and the multiplexed signal transmission characteristic.
