Interleaved MUDiv Block Allocation and Optimum Power Control for SC-FDMA

Abstract(in English) In a single carrier-frequency division multiple access (SC-FDMA), there are the localized and interleaved subcarrier allocations. The interleaved allocation obtains the good system performance to prevent a burst error due to a channel variance compared with the localized allocation. In the frequency domain, since the channel variance for each user is difference, the multiuser diversity (MUDiv) technique is achieved by using such characteristic. And then, the localized block allocation with the MUDiv have been proposed to reduce the complexity and the feedback information (FBI), and to improve the system performance. Moreover, the method based on the channel of the time domain which becomes a constant has been also proposed to reduce the FBI. By using these characteristics, in this paper, we propose the interleaved MUDiv block allocation and the optimum power control for a SC-FDMA. From the computer simulation result, the proposed method shows the good bit error rate (BER) and peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) performances.
