Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the 5th generation mobile network, a demand for ad hoc networks in which devices directly communicate each other without using base stations is increasing. A contention window control method, ACWA, which is able to improve throughput of ad hoc network with parallel transfer have been recently proposed. ACWA might cause unfairness of throughput between different contention window control methods such as existing control scheme, DCF. In this research, we propose a new method (GSAR) which is able to drastically improve the unfairness and to keep throughput as high as ACWA. We reveal Jain’s fairness index can be 1.0 for mixed usages of ACWA, DCF and the proposed GSAR.
