Abstract(in English) When we operate enterprise networks, such as companies or universities, it is necessary to apply network policy to meet to change of requirements. An example of change of requirements is happen when disaster occurs. In this case , more traffic raises than normal time, and it might be a cause of network congestion. To avoid such situation, it is necessary to switch to the network policy for disaster, which includes access control to general terminals, priority control for emergency call, and routing control to avoid congested links. The purpose of this study is to realize network control adaptation to meet change of network policy rapidly and easily. In this paper, we propose the switching method of network policy using OpenFlow technologies, and we show results of verification experiments of network policy switching on the test bed.
