Abstract(in English) Link Data are the data that the things are linked by URI based on Resource Description Framework (RDF). Linked Open Data (LOD) are the data published the Linked Data as open data. The LOD have the characteristic that be able to construct huge knowledge base by linking individual LOD. However, there is a problem that the current LOD do not have enough links. In addition, there is other problem that the schema of the LOD has been re-developed. The utilization status of the LOD by the local government and individuals are seemed to be later than foreign countries because the LOD in Japan are lost the original characteristics. This paper presents the problems of the LOD and the solution for promotion of the utilization.
