Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this report, we dealt with work in which a user moves the cursor ofa haptic interface device in a 3D virtual space. We investigated the influences of viscosity and elasticity variationson human perception of reaction force by the constant method. As the variations of viscosity and elasticity, we handled three cases. In one case, the elasticity changes while the viscosity is constant. In another case, the viscosity changes while the elasticity is constant. In the other case, both viscosity and elasticity change at the same time. Consequently, we illustrated that the influence of the viscositywhen the elasticity changesis larger than that of the elasticity when the viscosity changes.
