Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have proposed the living-body localization method suitable for indoor environment using MIMO (Multiple-Input Multiple-Output) radar, where a temporal differential channel is used. In this method, a temporal differential channel is calculated by taking difference among the observed channels corresponding to biological activity, and this method is faster to estimate the target locations are fast estimated by the calculated channel based on Fourier transformation. However, our studies have focused on the only state of standing still, and no examination with the moving object has been studied yet. In this paper, we study human tracking performance of MIMO radar using temporal differential channel. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can estimate the target trajectories, and the average location error is up to 0.70 m even when the observation period for each the estimation is set to 3.3 seconds.
