| Abstract(in English) | There are few things for the purpose of the communication, and most of services are safety confirmation．We developed social media mediation system of both elderly and young people have a merit utilizing social media such as SNS. As a result of the field experiment on elderly people using this system，we found that it was difficult for an elderly person to learn an assembly operation. Thus, we propose a multi modal user interface method that derive an elderly person to a purpose (For example, an elderly person transmits a message to a family). The device senses the need of the elderly person by a face detective function using the camera, to derive an elderly person to a purpose by a sound. We show the accuracy of the face detection and convenience of the sound instruction in the field experiment on elderly people. |
