A New Method to Evaluate Flow Classified One-to-all Reliability

Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a new approach to evaluate flow classified one-to-all reliability. The key ideas are (1) setting new stop conditions of algorithm and (2) applying reduction methods to reduce the network size without changing the value of flow classified one-to-all reliability. While this reliability measure was recently proposed useful reliability measure in designing telecommunications networks in developing countries, the evaluation time of existing evaluation method increases exponentially with the size of network and it becomes intolerably long when network size becomes large. Now, the numerical examples show that our new method realizes much higher speed of evaluation than the existing method.
