| 抄録(和) | 筆者らはこれまで、放送衛星教務への干渉の影響を降雨減衰で引き起こされる遮断時間の増加率で評価することを提案してきた。本論文では、干渉と遮断時間増に関して、(1)リンクマージン、干渉量、遮断時間、遮断時間増加率の関係を異なる変調方式（異なる所要C/N)と異なるEIRP(等価等方放射電力)について解析、(2)異なる場所（異なる降水量）への依存性について研究した。結果として、許容干渉量の基準をある遮断時間増加率とするなら、許容干渉量はC/If(所望波と外国衛星からの干渉波の比)の値で表されることを示す。 |
| 抄録(英) | We have proposed to evaluate the impact of interference on the performance of BSS (Broadcasting Satellite Services) in terms of the increase rate of the outage time caused by the rain attenuation. In this paper, we study the following points on the relation between interference and the increase of outage time caused by rain attenuation in the BSS link. (1) The relation among the link margin, the interference and the outage time, the increase rate of outage time for the different modulation schemes (different required C/N (Carrier to Noise ratio)) and the different EIRP (Equivalent Isotropically Radiated Power) of satellite. (2) The dependence on the different locations (different rainfall rate in a year). As a consequence, we show that if the criterion for the allowable interference is given by a certain value of the increase rate of the outage time, the allowable interference could be expressed by a certain value of C/If (Carrier to Interference caused by foreign satellite ratio). |
