Abstract(in English) Authors have been investigating an off-peak data transfer method which transfers the non-real-time data (e.g. content download) which does not require real-time nature during low load interval of the base station. In the proposed method, how to monitor the available bandwidth of radio link without any probe packet is a significant problem. In this paper, a method which the LTE user equipment estimates the available bandwidth based on passively measured received power is investigated and the estimation accuracy is confirmed in a commercial LTE network.
