| Abstract(in English) | The fabrication process of the waveguide using the SR (synchrotron radiation) direct etching process of PTFE and the sputter deposition of metal has been reported. In this paper, a trial fabrication of E-plane horn antennas integrated with an E-plane 2-way power divider is performed based on the 180 GHz-band PTFE-filled waveguide. The E-plane 2-way divider designed at 180 GHz and the two E-plane horn antennas with aperture width of 1.40mm are arranged in the E-plane, then the circuit pattern is fabricated by the SR direct etching process. The E-plane and H-plane radiation patterns are measured at 180 GHz. The measured results are compared with the results of HFSS, and it is shown that the both results are in agreement. |
