[Poster Presentation] Influence of diffraction for wireless sensor node positioning using audible tone

Abstract(in English) In order to realize a CBM (Condition Based Maintenance), which maintain facilities based on their condition, in low cost, temporary and concentrated use of a wireless sensor network (WSN) to a facility which is observed an unusual condition by requisite minimal sensors is thought to be effective. In such a WSN, wireless sensor node position estimation is effective to achieve quick start of observation of the facility using a lot of wireless sensor nodes. In this report, experimental results of wireless sensor node position estimation using audible tone in a real substation are shown, and influence of an obstacle existing in substation to accuracy of the positioning estimation is investigated.
