| 抄録(和) | ソフトウェアや情報システムを導入するか否かは，それらが導入される人間や組織が営む活動の分析を通して行なうべきである．本稿では，ソフトウェアや情報をシステムを含めた活動全体を社会情報システム(STS)としてとらえる．そして，STS中のソフトウェアや人間をアクターとみなし，アクター間のゴール達成の依存関係を適切にモデリングするための表記法と分析法を提案する．本分析法では，達成すべきゴールが対象世界のどのような事物(オブジェクト)について述べているかを明示的に記述する．これによって，ゴールの達成を望む者やソフトウェア等が適切な権利を有しているか，そして，ゴールの達成を行なう者やソフトウェア等が適切な達成能力を有しているかを分析すること可能となる．また，オブジェクト間の対価の関係によって，見落としているゴール依存関係の発見を支援する．結果として，STS境界の再定義を行なうことが可能となる． |
| 抄録(英) | Information systems are introduced into social activities performed by human and organizations. Such activities and systems to be introduced should be analyzed together. We call such an activity a socio-technical system (STS), and focus on actors such as human, organizations and information systems and their dependencies about achieving their goals. We propose a notation for such an STS and its analysis method. In the notation, an object related to each goal is explicitly represented. This enables us to analyze the following two issues; whether an actor has the right to want a goal to be achieved, and whether another has the ability to achieve the goal. This analysis contributes to avoiding unsuitable and incorrect goal dependencies. In addition, barter relationships between objects help us to find missing goal dependencies in the STS. As a result, we can redefine the boundary of the STS. |
