Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Information systems are introduced into social activities performed by human and organizations. Such activities and systems to be introduced should be analyzed together. We call such an activity a socio-technical system (STS), and focus on actors such as human, organizations and information systems and their dependencies about achieving their goals. We propose a notation for such an STS and its analysis method. In the notation, an object related to each goal is explicitly represented. This enables us to analyze the following two issues; whether an actor has the right to want a goal to be achieved, and whether another has the ability to achieve the goal. This analysis contributes to avoiding unsuitable and incorrect goal dependencies. In addition, barter relationships between objects help us to find missing goal dependencies in the STS. As a result, we can redefine the boundary of the STS.
