Visualization of trouble information extracted from Twitter

Abstract(in English) The World Wide Web contains a huge number of online documents that are easily accessible. One of the important information for business companies is trouble information of a product as the risk management. In this paper, we report a method for visualization of trouble information extracted from Twitter by using a bootstrapping approach. First, we apply the tweets with trouble information into a clustering method. Then, we visualize the clustered tweets by using a three-stage approach. Finally, we analyze the trouble information with the visualization method, and then discuss the results.
