Abstract(in English) Single layered graphene (SLG) is prepared by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method using Cu foil as catalysts. Fe ions are intercalated while the Cu foil is dissolved in Fe(NO3)3 aqueous solution. The Fe intercalated bilayer graphene (BLG) compounds are fabricated by stacking two SLG sheets. Electric property of the Fe intercalated BLG is measured as a function of temperature and current. The sheet resistance is 1300/sq. At 290K, and decreased as a temperature is cooled down to 40K, then increased.
