| Abstract(in English) | In this paper, a design method for IIR (Infinite Impulse Response) filters using PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization) is studied.It is required to enumerate a lot of local minimums for the IIR filter design problem. In this study, the particles are shifed toward new local minimum solutions by changing the desired frequency response when the stagnation has occurred. In the result, it can avoid local minimum stagnation and enumerate many local minimum solutions. Several design examples are shown to present the effectiveness of the proposed method. |
