Abstract(in English) Recent exponential growth of mobile traffic and energy consumption problem in ICT (Information and Communication Technology) industry motivate us to develop 5G mobile network with high-speed, large capacity and energy-efficiency. This work proposes the dynamic control method of wireless backhaul and ON/OFF of small cell base stations for efficient operation of millimeter-wave overlay heterogeneous network. Numerical simulation result shows that the proposed algorithm can cope with the locally intensive traffic, network scalability, and can reduce energy consumption.
