Improvement of restore accuracy of the Non-Uniformed Sampling method using nonlinear optimization

Abstract(in English) There is the two-dimensional NMR as the method to obtain the complex structural information of biological macromolecules. This method obtains the molecular structure information from the FFT spectrum of the multiple FID signals. It takes time for the measurement of the observed signal in the two-dimensional NMR, NUS method is proposed to estimate the spectrum from small observation signal. However, the estimated spectrum has a large error component depending on how the measurement of the observed signal. thereby this spectrum obtains the wrong molecular structure information. For this problem, I propose the method of estimating an approximate solution of the right spectrum by applying the mathematical model using the properties of the spectrum. The proposed method showed to reduce the error component by simulation. Further, to improve the problems with the actual data analysis showed effectiveness.
