| 抄録(和) | 相反多ポート回路のSパラメータを求める一手法を提案する．本方法は，回路の半数のポートに既知負荷の組を接続し，その値を変えつつ，残りのポート間のSパラメータを直接測定することを複数回繰り返し，得られた測定データより回路全体のS行列を推定するものである．Sパラメータを直接測定するポート（直接測定ポート）と既知負荷の組を接続するポート（間接測定ポート）間の伝達係数部分行列が，測定データからなる行列の相似変換行列および合同変換行列となる関係式を見出し，この伝達係数部分行列の推定には，原理的に3回のみの測定で必要十分となることを示している．さらに，小型回路基板のケースアースコンデンサ設計に本方法を適用し，その有効性と有用性を検証している． |
| 抄録(英) | An indirect measurement method is proposed for the S-parameters of multiport reciprocal circuits. In the method, half of the ports are not directly measured and some known loads are connected while direct measurements are performed through the remaining ports to estimate the whole S-parameters. It is shown that the similarity and congruence relations with the transfer coefficient submatrix between the direct and indirect measured ports as transformation matrices provides the estimation of the transfer coefficient submatrix through three measurements in principle which is necessary and sufficient. The method is applied to case-earth capacitor design for small PCB to confirm the validity and usability of this method. |
