Abstract(in English) Space tether is cable which links the spacecraft. Space tether is a foundation of promising space systems commencing with space elevator. Shizuoka University is currently under development Cube-SAT(STARS-C) which verify space tether deployment technique in orbit. We present a detail and design development status of STARS-C.
