Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The Quiet Eye, a kind of eye movement, has received attention in recent years. It is observed when people concentrate on the task. It is revealed that duration of experts tends to be longer than that of novices and training of the Quiet Eye makes people more tolerant to pressure. However, the variation of pupil diameter has not been taken into account in the existing measurement method. Then, we examined the relationship between the Quiet Eye and the pupil diameter and re-define the Quiet Eye as a centered state.
