Abstract(in English) Role of the web public information contributes disaster damage reduction is expected to be important more, because of use for decision-making about responses to disasters. This paper aims to discuss on effectiveness and limitation of real-time web information about heavy rain by data analysis in Typhoon 17 and 18 Disaster, 2015 at Miyagi prefecture area The local governments released many disaster information with each social media before some rivers flood. But, we have to monitor multi social media account not only one account of your hometown.
