Abstract(in English) The utilization of Social Networking Service (SNS) on the disaster situations has been gathering attention. For example, at the time of "the Great East Japan Earthquake" in March 2011, "the Kanto and Tohoku torrential rain" in September 2015, and “the Kumamoto Earthquake” in April 2016, SNS and/or Twitter were utilized for the safety confirmation. In this paper, we propose and implement the Twitter-based safety confirmation system, the name of which is "T-@npi". In addition, we report about the deployment of the system towards on a multi-hop wireless LAN which is constructed by access point devices using micro-computer Raspberry Pi boards in order that the system will be available when communication infrastructure is disrupted due to the disaster.
