Abstract(in English) Mixed-mode oscillations (MMOs) have been studied extensively in recent years. In this study, we analyze a weakly driven BVP oscilltor with a diode that generates MMO-incrementing bifurcations (MMOIBs) successively many times and assert that MMOIBs are caused in a similar manner to that of period-adding bifurcations generated in the circle map. We predict that the universal constant could converge to 1.0.
