Abstract(in English) In this paper, we report on class design improvements and their effects in classes on robot building aimed at cultivating creativity. The authors changed the curriculum, which had been biased toward the learners improving hardware, and implemented a class design better suited to improving programming skill. Analysis of the implementation of the new design confirmed that the learners’ understanding and awareness of programming improved more than through implementation of the old design.
