| Abstract(in English) | A kernel adaptive filter is a nonlinear adaptive filter that makes effective use of kernel methods. One of the major challenges in kernel adaptive filtering is how to construct an efficient dictionary of kernel functions corresponding to observed input signals. In this paper, we propose a novel dictionary learning for kernel adaptive filtering, which adaptively updates the filter coefficients as well as both the kernel center and width. Besides, we apply l1 regularization to the update of filter coefficients. Therefore, the proposed method can curb the burgeoning dictionary size in dynamic environments. Numerical examples support the efficacy of the proposed method. |
