| 抄録(和) | 日本の産業分野で広く実施されている指さし呼称による確認には，ヒューマンエラーの防止効果があることが認められており，病院の看護の現場にも取り入れられつつある．看護現場での指さし呼称実施の徹底のためには，講習だけでなく訓練も必要であるが，我々はこの訓練を支援することを目的として，看護師がウェアラブルな機器を装着することで，指さし呼称の実施を検知し，その指さし呼称の簡易評価が行える訓練システムを試作した．本稿では，試作した指さし呼称簡易評価システムの概要と，試作したシステムを病棟の看護師に試用してもらった結果について述べる． |
| 抄録(英) | “Finger Pointing and Calling” is widely used in Japanese industry, and it is recognized that it has the effect of human error prevention. There is a movement of introducing it into nursing procedure in hospital. For the thorough of “Finger Pointing and Calling” in nursing procedure, not only the lecturing course but also the practical training is necessary. We have developed the prototype system to support the practical training, which automatically detects “Finger Pointing and Calling” and evaluate it simply from the data of the wearable sensor equipped on the upper arm of nurse and the voice sound from the microphone. In this paper, we show the outline of the prototype system of simple “Finger Pointing and Calling” evaluation and the result of the trial run of our system in the hospital. |
